摘要
当前,高等学校发展面临着诸多问题,除了体制性原因之外,还与管理者的素质、观念、能力、价值取向有着密切的关系。为解决这些问题,造就专业化的高校管理队伍,就必须在把握现代社会发展需求、推行现代大学制度、实行专家治校的同时,培养职业化的专门管理人才。
