摘要
目的探讨追踪健康教育管理对减少老年骨折患者的作用。方法对62例老年骨折患者进行追踪健康教育及指导,提高其自我管理的能力,比较管理前后患者对骨折相关知识的掌握、生活方式的改变及再次住院率。结果管理后患者对骨折知识的掌握情况、生活方式改善较管理前有所改变,半年内再住院率比管理前减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追踪健康教育管理可强化老年患者对骨折知识的认识,改善不良生活习惯,提高自我管理的能力,优化生活方式,降低骨折危险因素的发生,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To probe into effects of follow-up health education management on the decrease in the number of elderly fracture patients. Methods 62 elderly fracture patients were received follow-up health education and instruction in order to improve their ability to manage themselves. Then compare their mastery of fracture-related knowledge, the changes in their lifestyles and the rate of second-time hospital admission before and after the follow-up health education management. Results After the follow-up health education management, the improvement in patients' mastery of fracture-related knowledge and their lifestyles was significant, and the rate of second-time hospital admission within half a year was lower than that before education. Differences have statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Follow-up health education management can improve elderly fracture patients' mastery of fracture-related knowledge, these patients' bad habits and their ability to manage themselves. This can have a beneficial effect on their lifestyles, decrease the risk of fracture and improve the quality of life.
