摘要
由于焊接过程中的不均匀加热,地铁转向架构架不可避免的产生焊接残余应力,残余应力的存在影响了构架的疲劳寿命,可能造成构架失效,影响行车安全。因此测定并掌握构架不同处理状态下残余应力的分布规律十分必要。利用X射线衍射法对同一B型地铁构架三种不同处理状态下的相同部位进行了残余应力测试,分析不同处理状态下构架残余应力的大小和分布规律,为工厂优化B型地铁构架的焊接工艺、热处理工艺和喷丸工艺提供参考。
Due to going through unequal heat, the metro hugie frame produced the welding residual stress in welding manufacture process, which affected seriously fatigue life , caused frame failure and compromised the operational safety. It is necessary to measure and grasp the distribution of the residual stress for bogie frame of different treatment conditions. In this paper, the X-ray diffraction method was applied into the measurement of residual stress of three different treatment conditions for the same B-type metro frame and the variation and distribution of residual stress of different treatment conditions was studied,which provide reference for optimizing welding process, heat treatment process and shot peening process of metro frame.
