摘要
采用激光-MIG复合焊对5083-H111铝合金试板进行焊接,基于无损探伤检验、金相组织分析、拉伸试验及其断口分析研究坡口型式对焊接接头组织力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:相比I型坡口采用Y型坡口型式,在一定程度上改善了焊缝成形,但增大焊接接头气孔倾向,降低抗拉强度,对焊接接头各微区显微组织影响不明显。
5083 aluminum alloy plates were welded by laser - MIG welding. Nondestructive test, metallographic structure analysis, ten- sile test and facture analysis were used to study the influence of groove type on microstructures and mechanical properties of wehted joints. I shape groove and Y shape groove were used. The results show that groove shape has little effect on microstntctures of each micro zone of welded joints. Compared with I shape groove, Y shape groove couht improve the weld formation to some extent, increase the weld porosity tendency, and decrease tensile strength of welded joints.
