摘要
基于政府财政扶持农民合作社的政策目标和现实意义,着重分析福建财政资金扶持农民合作社取得的成效与存在的主要问题,并提出在政策导向、扶持资金使用效益、农村金融改革创新等方面相应的思考对策。
Based on the policy objective and realistic significance of financial capital supporting farmers’ cooperatives,This paper analyzed the effects and the existing problems of financial capital supporting farmers’ cooperatives in Fujian.And the countermeasures such as the policy guidance,the benefits of supporting capital,the reform and innovation of rural finance,etc.were put forward.
