摘要
以NPN型低功耗三极管2N3393为研究对象,采用Proteus与Multisim软件仿真其输出特性曲线。给出了仿真的步骤、仿真结果和仿真过程中的注意事项。软件在模拟器件教学过程中的使用,有利于加深学员对知识点的掌握和理解,软件仿真是课堂教学的有益补充。
The paper takes the low-power NPN type transistor as the research object and adopts the Multisim and Proteus software to simulate the output characteristic curve. The simulation steps,results,and cautions are given in the paper. The software in analog devices used in the teaching process is helpful for students to understand knowledge. The software simulation is an useful supplement to the classroom teaching.
