摘要
中国古代法制文学内容丰富、形式多样,关汉卿的《窦娥冤》堪称中国法制文学的第一座丰碑。《窦魏冤》首开"冤狱类"法制文学之先河,奠定了大众所喜闻乐见的表现形式,开创了法制文学积极向上的理想探索模式,为中国法制文学从雅向俗的转化发挥了重大的作用。
Literature of Law in traditional China has its various forms and contents, among which the most prominent one is Guan Hanqin＇s Dou E Yuan. It started the era of the theme of unjust charge and laid its foundation in popular literature. Dou E Yuan served as a positive trial in seeking for ideal in the history of literature of law and played an important role in the transformation of traditional literature of law to suit both the refined and popular tastes.
