摘要
目的以Wassel分型法为依据，分析拇指多指畸形分型的特点。方法收集2002年1月至2012年2月在我院就诊治疗的拇指多指畸形（共325指）的病例资料，针对病例的年龄、性别、左右别、形态和影像学表现进行回顾性研究。结果Ⅶ型病指数明显增多，与国内外其他研究的数据存在差异，且有28指特殊病例，无法按现有分型方法分型。结论Wassel各型的比例构成出现变化，现有Wassel分型法不够全面，不能包含临床所见的所有病例。
Objective To analyze the charactenstics of thumb duplication based on Wassel＇ s classification. Methods Clinical materials of 312 patients of 325 thumbs treated between January 2002 and February 2012 were collected. A retrospective review of these cases including patient age, gender, affected side and imaging presentations was conducted. Results The ratio of Wassel type VII thumb duplication was markedly increased. This finding was different from reports from other foreign and domestic studies. A total of 28 hands could not be classified according to Wassel＇s classification. Condusion There have been some changes in the type distribution. The current Wassel＇s classification cannot cover all clinical cases.
