超声诊断右侧肱静脉假性静脉瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，46岁。偶发现右上臂内侧无痛性包块7d，无外伤、静脉穿刺病史。查体：右上臂中部偏内侧可触及直径约5cm的局限性包块，无搏动，无明显压痛，皮温正常，听诊无明显血管杂音，用力屏气后有所增大。
