摘要
石油企业库存精细管理模式的建立与实施是石油行业发展的必然趋势。随着油田勘探、开发产能规模的不断扩大,物资保障和物流成本二者之间的矛盾日益突出。本文对石油企业库存精细管理模式的主要管理措施进行了分析论证。
The establishment and implementation of petroleum enterprise inventory fine management mode is the inevitable trend of the development of the oil industry. With the development of oil field exploration, the scale of production capacity continues to expand, the contradiction between the supply and logistics cost become more prominent. This paper analyzes the main management measures of petroleum enterprise inventory fine management mode.
