23例成人腹型过敏性紫癜临床表现及内镜特点分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的总结成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床表现、内镜特点,为该病早期诊治提供依据。方法对2005年9月至2013年9月我院收治的23例腹型过敏性紫癜患者的临床及内镜资料进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者均有腹痛,其中12例伴消化道出血,内镜检查可见胃肠黏膜充血水肿、出血点、糜烂、溃疡,以十二指肠降段、回肠末段为主。结论典型的临床特征及内镜表现有助于腹型过敏性紫癜的早期诊断。
