摘要 目的:评价不同树脂表面处理对硅橡胶与丙烯酸树脂粘接强度的影响。方法:56个丙烯酸树脂条表面经600目碳化硅砂纸打磨后,分别进行如下处理:直接涂布偶联剂作为对照组(C组),喷砂后涂布偶联剂(S组),甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体浸润后涂布偶联剂(M组),喷砂后甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体浸润,最后涂布偶联剂(SM组)。制备4组硅橡胶丙烯酸树脂粘接试件(n=7),用扫描电镜观察表面形态,粗糙度仪检测试件表面粗糙度,万能实验机对试件测试剪切粘接强度。结果:S组与M组的丙烯酸树脂表面较粗糙。S组的表面粗糙度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SM组与S之间、M组与C组之间差异无显著性。SM组的剪切粘接强度最高(2.31±0.17)MPa,其次依次为S组,M组及C组(P<0.05)。4组试件破坏方式均为硅橡胶内聚破坏。结论:喷砂及MMA单体表面处理可以改变丙烯酸树脂的表面性状,提高硅橡胶与丙烯酸树脂之间的粘接强度。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of surface treatments on the bonding strength of silicone elastomer to acrylic resin (AR). Methods: 56 acrylic resin strips were polished with 600-grit silicon carbide paper and divided randomly into 4 groups. The bonding surface were pretreated with the following methods: application of coupling agent (group C), coupling agent after sandblast (group S), coupling agent after immersion in methyl methacrylate (group M ), coupling agent after sandblast and immersion in methyl methacrylate(group SM), then the surface of the AR samples was observed by SEM. The roughness was measured with a roughness meter. 28 overlap-joint models were made with silicone elastomer between 2 treated acrylic resin strips. 7 specimens were fabricated for each groups. Failure loads and failure style were assessed by universal test machine. Results: SEM images showed that sandblast and MMA treatment produced significant surface texture changes of the acrylic resin. Group S demonstrated significantly higher surface roughness values compared to Group C (P 〈 0.05). No difference was found between Group SM and S, Group M and C. Group SM showed the highest shear bond strength followed by Group S, M and C ( between each 2 groups, P 〈 0.05 ). All specimens showed cohesive failure of the silicone elastomer. Conclusion: Treatment of acrylic resin by sandblast and MMA immersion can improve the adhesion between silicone elastomer and acrylic resin.
