摘要
目的评价手术联合射频破坏患侧部分甲母质治疗嵌甲的临床疗效。方法在趾神经阻滞麻醉下,予手术联合Ellman射频电波刀破坏患侧部分甲母质治疗嵌甲。结果共治疗47趾,随诊半年至2年,嵌甲1例复发,1例发现甲侧襞出现增生性肉芽,其余病例足趾功能和外形均良好。结论应用手术联合射频破坏部分甲母质的手术方法治疗嵌甲,治愈率高,术后恢复快,复发率低,是临床上值得推广的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of destructing toenail matrix with the combination of Ellman Radiofrequency and surgery in treating the ingrown toenails. Methods After toenail nerve block with local anesthesia, the ingrown toenail matrix was destructed with Ellman Radiofrequency and surgery. Results After follow - up of half a year to 2 years, recurrence occurred in 1/47 patients. Granuloma appeared in the toenail in 1/47 patients. Other patients were fine. Conclusion Destructing toenail matrix by combination of ellman radiofrequency therapy and surgery is proved to be effective, safe and low recurrence rate for in- grown toenails. It is worthwhile to promote in clinical usage.
