摘要
在中国人口老龄化加快的背景下,探讨如何建立养老地产体制显得尤为迫切。国外养老地产发展相对较早,有着丰富的经验。文章对国内国外的学者在养老地产方面的研究做一个归纳与总结,试图为国内学者后续研究提供线索和框架,对政府部门和我国养老地产投资者提供理论指导和借鉴。
In the context of the increasing degree of China＇s aging population, how to establish elderly housing system is becoming particularly urgent. This research reviewed the theory and methods of elderly housing both at home and abroad. And I hope to provide a reference for domestic scholars to guide and improve the elderly housing projects operation through this study and provide theoretical guidance to the government department.
