摘要
目的 探讨顺铂联合干扰素治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年1月～2013年12月收治的恶性胸腔积液患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组单用顺铂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合干扰素治疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组有效率明显高于对照组（77.5％vs 52.5％）,治疗后的Karnofsky得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 顺铂联合干扰素治疗恶性胸腔积液可明显提高疗效,改善患者的生活质量,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cisplatin combined with interferon in the treatment of ma- lignant pleural effusion.Methods Eighty cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were received single cisplatin treatment and the observation group were received cisplatin combined with interfer- on treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group （77.5% vs 52.5%）,and Karnofsky score was higher than that of the control group,the dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）.The two groups had no significant difference about adverse reactions （P〉0.05）.Conclu- sion In the treatment of malignant pleura] effusion,cisplatin combined with interferon can obviously increase efficacy and improve patients＇ quality of life,and causes no severe adverse reactions,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
