摘要
本文利用石英砂尾矿逐步取代二氧化钛制作用于外墙涂料的苯丙乳液涂料,对含石英砂尾矿涂料的白度、光泽度、耐碱性、耐候性及耐洗刷性进行了系统测试和对比。结果表明:当石英砂尾矿替代50%~70%的二氧化钛时,制取的苯丙乳液涂料在耐碱性、耐候性、耐洗刷性有所增强。
The styrene acrylic emulsion paint was prepared by adding quartz sand tailings to replace the titanium dioxide gradually. Three groups of samples (each group of 11 samples) of quartz-sand-tailings acrylic emulsion coating containing different proportions were prepared, and properties such as whiteness, gloss, alkali resistance, weather resistance and scrub resistance were researched systematically. The experimental results showed that the comprehensive properties including alkali resistance, weather resistance, scrub resistance are improved when quartz sand tailings replace 50% -70% titanium dioxide in acrylic emulsion paint.
