摘要
目的 探讨白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的病因及治疗.方法 回顾分析17例（17眼）白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病时间、诱因、临床表现及治疗法.结果 迟发性葡萄膜炎多发生在术后15～30天,发生率1.94%,自身免疫反应和皮质类固醇用量不足是其主要原因,皮质类固醇治疗敏感.结论 本病可能是免疫复合物介导的变态反应引起,早期正确处理可获得良好效果.
Objective To probe the etiology and therapy of late-occurred uveitis after insertion pseudophakos. Methods The occurrence time, predisposition,clinical manifestation and therapy of 17 eyes were retrospectively analysed. Results Most of the late-occurred uveitis occurred 15 to 30days after the operation, the morbidity was 1. 94%. It＇s primary causes were autoimmune reaction and insufficient corticosteroids,It＇s sensitive to corticosteroids therapy. Conclusion Late-occurred uveitis is possibly caused by immune complex mediated allergy,good results will be got by early and correctly therapy.
