摘要
为探索纺纱过程中的节能潜力,德国亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所就梳理过程中的能耗进行了研究,主要调查了生产装置和产品参数的改变对能耗的影响,并绘制出现代梳理过程中的能耗分布图。此外,除了以往的经验,还尝试采用新的方法来提高能效。
In order to identify energy saving potentials in spinning preparation,the carding process was identified and considered for an analysis regarding energy consumption at the Institut für Textiltechnik of RWTH Aachen University( ITA),Aachen / Germany. The influences of varying settings of product and production parameters on the energy consumption were investigated. An energy flow diagram was drawn up for a modern card. Out of the experimental results,an attempt will be made to derive approaches for increasing energy efficiency.
