造血干细胞移植治疗B细胞性淋巴瘤的研究进展

摘要 非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）是一组起源于淋巴结和其他淋巴组织的恶性肿瘤,是淋巴瘤的一大类型.NHL包括B细胞、T细胞及NK细胞来源,其中B细胞来源占绝大多数.弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,滤泡性淋巴瘤是B细胞来源的NHL中两大类型.套细胞淋巴瘤占NHL的8％,进展迅速,化疗完全缓解率低,对于其治疗的研究也逐渐增多.造血干细胞移植是20世纪人类在恶性肿瘤治疗领域取得的重要突破之一,其在复发难治恶性淋巴瘤中的治疗作用也得到了肯定,本文就造血干细胞移植在上述三种B细胞来源的NHL治疗中的地位作一简单概述.
