Effects of different assembling modes on the performance of lead-carbon battery

摘要 通过组装不同正负极活性物配比的2V/12Ah常规铅蓄电池和铅碳电池,发现随着正负极活性物质比值的降低,电池低温放电性能和循环寿命可被有效延长,同时电池失水率降低。铅炭电池因加入适量炭材料,能够起到去极化的作用,使得充电终止电压低于常规铅蓄电池。 In this article, the 2V/12Ah control lead-acid batteries and lead carbon batteries with different positive/negative plates active materials matching ratio were assembled. The results showed that with positive/negative active materials ratio decreasing, it could prolong the low- temperature discharge property and cycling life of batteries effectively, meanwhile, reduce the rate of water lose of batteries meanwhile. Carbon material with effect of depolarization in lead carbon batteries led to lower the end of charge voltage than control lead-acid batteries.
