日光温室冬季增施CO_2气体对延后红地球葡萄生长发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以日光温室延后栽培红地球葡萄(Red Globe)为试材,于冬季晴天每天10:30~12:30施放CO2气体处理,研究了CO2对设施红地球叶片生长发育、叶绿素含量、光合速率、果实发育及品质的影响。结果表明:施用CO2气体能够显著促进葡萄叶片的生长;处理的幼叶、1/3、1/2、2/3叶的叶绿素含量比对照分别增加了1.13%、0.47%、0.46%、1.0%;净光合速率分别增长了46.98%、43.88%、43.04%、48.54%;葡萄平均穗质量比对照增加了15.1%。 Red Globe grapesvine under delayed contivation were conducted by adding CO2 gas in the greenhouse at 10:30-12:30 in the sunny winter, to investigate the influence of CO2 gas on the growth CCI, photosynthetic rate in leaves, and growth and developmemt of fruits. The result showed that CO2 gas can significantly promoted growth of leaves; The treatment of immature leaf, one-third leaf, half of leaf, two-third leaf position from shoot top, the contents of chlorophyll were higher 1.13%, 0.47%, 0.46%and 1.0%than CK; the contents of net photosynthetic rate were 46.98%, 43.88%, 43.04% and 48.54% than CK. The average cluster weight higher 15.1%than CK.
