四物汤加味联合华法林治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨四物汤加味联合华法林对下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法将62例下肢深静脉血栓患者按随机数字表法分为两组。试验组37例采用四物汤加味联合华法林治疗,对照组35例采用华法林治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,同时评价患者凝血指标及患肢肿胀情况。结果试验组总有效率为94.6%,高于对照组(72.0%,P<0.05);试验组患肢周径缩小较同期对照组明显(P<0.05);试验组治疗后活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论四物汤加味联合华法林治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效显著,其能够显著降低患肢水肿程度,同时延长凝血时间,减少复发。
