摘要
[目的]观察抗癌益生方联合奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期消化道肿瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例130mg/M2奥沙利铂＋500mL5%葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴;300mg/M25-氟尿嘧啶＋500mL0.9%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴;200mg/M2亚叶酸钙＋250mL0.9%生理盐水,1次/d,静滴。治疗组30例抗癌益生方（黄芪15-25g,青皮、木香各10-14g,沉香、丁香2-4g,莪术、三棱、川芎、生半夏、白芥子各7-13g,泽漆、半边莲、半枝莲各12-18g,白花蛇舌草、夏枯草各15-25g,土元粉1.5-2.5g,水蛭粉、虻虫粉各0.8-1.2g）,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量、不良反应。连续治疗3个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率（96.67%）高于对照组（63.33%）,生活质量改善治疗组优于对照组,且治疗组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）[结论]抗癌益生方联合奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期消化道肿瘤效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the anticancer live united and oxaliplatin into 5-Fluorouracil treatment of advanced digestive tract tumor curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,（clinic/hospital）patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group 30 cases 130 mg/M2 ＋ oxaliplatin into 500 mL of 5% glucose injection,1 times/ d,static drops. 300 mg/M25- fluorouracil ＋ 0.9% of the 500 mL saline,1 times/ d,static drops. 200 mg/M2 leucovorin calcium ＋ 0.9% of the 250 ml saline,1 times/ d,static drops. Treatment group 30 cases of cancer live party（Huangqi 15 - 25 g,Qingpi,Muxiang 10 - 14g,Chenxiang,Dingxiang 2 - 4g,E＇zhu,Sanleng,Chuanqiong,Shengbanxia,Baijiezi each 7 - 13g,Zeqi,Banbianlian,Banzhilian 12 - 18g each,Baihuasheshecao,Xiakucao each 15 - 25 g,TuYuanfen,1.5 - 2.5 g,Shuizhifen,Shechongfen 0.8 - 1.2 g）,1 times/ d,boiling water 200 mL,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 21 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and life quality improvement and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [result] The treatment group total effective rate（96.67%）than the control group（63.33%）,the quality of life improved in treatment group is better than that of control group,incidence of adverse reactions in patients than in the control group and treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Cancer live side joint 5-Fluorouracil treatment of advanced digestive tract tumor oxaliplatin into effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
