摘要
[目的]观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将105例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组63例常规硝酸异山梨酯,5mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组42例复方丹参滴丸,270mg/次,3次/d,空腹口服(餐前或餐后>2小时)。连续治疗28d为1疗程,观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率90.48%。对照组显效17例,有效22例,无效24例,总有效率61.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Compound Danshen dripping pills. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,105 cases of inpatient and outpatient were randomly divided into two groups. 63 cases of the control group conventional isosorbide mononitrate,5mg/,3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 42 cases of Compound Danshen dripping pills,270mg/,3 /d,fasting oral（2 hour before or after meals.）. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 28 cases of group therapy. [Results] 10 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.48%. The control group was 17 cases,effective 22 cases,invalid 24 cases,the total efficiency of 61.90%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease was significant,worthy of promotion.
