摘要
[目的]观察中药保留灌肠联合中药熨烫治疗盆腔炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例常规抗炎治疗,2g头孢曲松钠+40mL0.9%氯化钠,1次/d,静滴;0.4g甲硝唑+40mL0.9%氯化钠,静滴,1次/d。治疗组40例中药保留灌肠(丹参30g,青天葵10g,黄柏25g,蒲公英20g),加水浸泡40min,大火烧开,小火煎40min,滤汁150mL,倒入容器,取左侧或右侧卧位,臀下垫治疗巾,并用小枕抬高臀部10cm,暴露肛门,轻轻插入肛门约10~15cm,推注药液,后注5mL^10mL温开水,缓慢拔出;中药熨烫(白芷30g,干姜10g,花椒20g,桃仁6g,益母草30g,陈皮15g),温火炒热后放入袋中,放小腹处行熨烫热敷处理,观察局部皮肤热度,30min/次,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈20例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组治愈15例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药保留灌肠联合中药熨烫治疗盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the cords sifang decoction treatment of chronic refractory diarrhea curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of outpatient and inpatient is divided into two groups according to random number table method. Control group,40 cases of routine antiinflammatory treatment,2g ceftriaxone sodium ＋ 40 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution,1 / d,the static drop;And metronidazole 0.4 g ＋ 40 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution,the static drop,1 / d. Treatment group（40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine retain enema combined Chinese medicine ironing,traditional Chinese medicine retain enema（Danshen 30g,Qingtiankui 10g,Huangbai 25g,PugongYing 20g）,add water soak 40 min,the fire to boil,small fire fry 40 min,the filter juice 150 ml,pour into the container, take the left or right side,hip pad under the treatment of towel,and a small pillow raise hips 10 cm,expose anus,gently insert the anus for 10 ~ 15 cm,push the liquid injection,after note 5 ml ~ 10 ml warm water, pull out slowly. Chinese medicine ironing（Baizhi30g,Ganjiang 10g,Huajiao20g,Taoren 6g,Yimucao 30g, Chenpi 15g）,heat WenHuo fry bag,the lower abdomen place line pressing heat treatment,observe local skin temperature,30 min/times,1 / d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [result] the treatment group treated 20 cases,17 cases effective, 3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 92.50%. Control group 15 cases were cured,15 cases,10 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The cords sifang decoction in the treatment of intractable diarrhea effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
