电视胸腔镜食管间质瘤切除术6例 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨电视胸腔镜食管间质瘤切除的可行性及效果。方法回顾性分析6例电视胸腔镜食管问质瘤切除术患者的临床病理特征、手术方法及预后。结果6例均通过电视胸腔镜完成手术，无一例中转开胸，无出血及食管瘘等严重并发症，无手术死亡。住院7—14（11±2．8）d；6例问质瘤最大直径4cm，最小0．6cm，平均（1．7±1．2）cm；经免疫组化检测6份病理标本CD117均呈阳性表达；随访时间1～6（3．5±1．8）年，无复发及转移。结论电视胸腔镜食管问质瘤切除术可以取得较好的手术效果。
