摘要
针对现有供酸设备不能满足大型酸化压裂作业的要求,研制开发了大排量并带液添功能的ZYT5230TGY型供液车。采用全液压控制,供酸系统及液添系统集中控制。整机排量大,压力高,可供多台压裂车施工作业。安装了多个流量检测装置,可对供酸系统和液添系统进行流量监测,为压裂作业提供准确的参数。同时具有外部通讯接口,可与仪表车进行通讯。
Aiming at the existing equipment that cannot meet the needs of large acid fracturing op-eration,users need acid-supply equipment urgently which with large displacement and liquid sup-ply function.So the ZYT5230TGY fluid supply truck is developed.The full hydraulic control, acid-supply and fluid-fill system centralized control are adopted on the truck.The whole equip-ment has large displacement,high pressure,and can monitor the displacement of supply acid sys-tem and fluid supply system to offer accurate parameter for fracturing operation.At the same time,it have external communication interface to communicate with the instrumentation truck.
