摘要
目的评估接受化疗的患者与护理人员对患者所承受的生理心理压力种类和程度的区别。方法在文献回顾的基础上,编制测定化疗毒副作用对患者生理及心理压力影响的Likert式调查问卷表,所有患者及护理人员要求完成调查表,采用t检验来检测两者之间的不同。结果患者与护理人员对腹痛、腹部不适、腹泻、脱发、疲倦和质量变化的程度评估有统计学意义;心理压力因素选项中患者和护理人员的看法有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者与护理人员针对化疗同一应激因素有不同程度的认识。结论护士必须找到一种合适方法来正确评估不同年龄、不同文化、不同状况的患者所承受化疗的生理及心理压力的程度。执行化疗的护理人员要正确认识肿瘤病人接受化疗过程中所面对的各种心理及生理压力。接受化疗的病人压力需要自我评估。
Objective To assess the difference between patients with chemotherapy and caregivers to the physiological and psychological stress types and extent .Methods Based on the literature review ,question-naire （Likert-type table） are used to determine the physical and psychological of knitting the side effects of chemotherapy .All of the patients and nursing staff are required to complete the questionnaire ;between the two after the completion of the test used to detect the differences .Results Patients and caregivers for the same degree of stress factors have varying degrees of understanding of chemotherapy ,and nurses must find a suitable way to properly assess different ages ,different cultures ,different conditions of the patient phys-iological and psychological pressure to bear chemotherapy .Conclusion Chemotherapy nurses should un-dergo a correct understanding the variety of psychological and physiological stress of cancer patients .Pa-tients receiving chemotherapy require self-assessment .
