摘要
目前,在村民自治的实践中,农村女性权益保护的现状不容乐观。村民自治制度不完善是很重要的原因。农村女性受教育程度不高,法律意识淡薄,加之受传统习俗和村规民约的影响,其人身权、财产权、民主政治权经常受到侵害。在村民自治的法律制度中应健全女性维权机制;明确集体经济组织成员资格标准,详尽规定集体经济组织成员具体的权利和义务;改进村民表决方式、加强基层政府的监督和指导,完善司法制度,从人身、财产、民主政治三方面切实维护农村女性的合法权益不受侵害,促进农村社会的和谐稳定。
The rural woman＇s personal right, property right and political right were often violated in the practice of villager autonomy at present as the result of imperfect villager autonomy system and rural woman＇s weak knowledge and law sense. It should define the membership standard and the right and obligation of collective economy organization member, strengthen government supervision and guidance, improve the judicial system to protect the right of rural women and keep the harmony o{ rural society.
