基于模块化多电平换流器的静止无功补偿装置的研究

The research of static reactive power compensation device based on modularized multilevel converter

摘要 介绍了模块化多电平换流器的基本原理,并推导了其数学模型。针对其应用于中高电压等级的静止无功补偿装置场合,提出了一种最近电平逼近调制的算法和基于桥臂电流方向的子模块均压策略。针对静止无功补偿装置强耦合、非线性的特点,采用dq前馈解耦的方法实现无功功率和直流电压的解耦控制。在PSCAD/EMTDC软件平台搭建了71电平的详细仿真模型,仿真结果验证了调制、控制策略的有效性。 The basic principle of the modularized multilevel converter was introduced,and its mathematic model was deduced.Aiming at the application of the modularized multilevel converter in the static reactive power compensation device with mediumhigh voltage level,an algorithm of nearest level modulation and voltage sharing strategy of sub-module based on bridge arm current direction were put forward. Aiming at the close coupling and non-linear characteristics of the static reactive power compensation device,the dq feedforward decoupling method was adopted to realize the reactive power and DC voltage decoupling control. A detail simulation model with 71 levels was established on PSCAD/EMTDC software platform,and the effectiveness of the modulation and control strategy was verified by the simulation result.
