闭合复位外固定架固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察高龄股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位、外固定架固定结合中药治疗效果。方法对83例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用闭合复位、外固定架固定结合中药治疗,观察疗效。结果 83例患者中,优49例,良32例,差2例,优良率为97.59%,无继发髋内翻,无严重的钉道感染。结论运用闭合复位、外固定架固定结合中药治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,标本兼治,能促进骨折愈合,提高医疗安全,医患双方都能接受。
