摘要
在分析公路环保事业内涵和形势的基础上 ,提出了面向未来的公路环保科技发展战略及其目标、方针和原则。战略强调科技要为公路环保良性发展解决关键技术 ,将公路环保转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来 ;公路环保科技根本性变革的战略重点与关键技术应选择在基础性研究、高新技术、改善生态环境技术以及资源高效利用技术等方面。探讨了未来公路环保科技的主要研究领域和突破口 。
Based on analyzing the current conditions of highway environment protection,this paper puts forward the development tendency and strategic measures of highway environment protection as well as its goals and principals in the future.It emphasizes that by depending on the advanced scientific technology and improving the quality of human resources highway environment protection will be developed healthily.It is emphasized that to transform the science and technology of highway environment protection is to carry out basic researches and high-new technology researches,to improve ecological environment technology as well as to use resources effectively.This paper also approaches the main research areas of the science and technology of highway environment protection in the future and its major tasks and related conditions to realize it.
