摘要
目的观察舒心解郁汤治疗合并抑郁症的冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法将90例伴抑郁症的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各45例。对照组常规给予单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀及抗抑郁药黛力新治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用舒心解郁汤口服。共治疗4周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分定期进行疗效评定。结果总有效率对照组为77.78%,治疗组为91.11%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组HAMD量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒心解郁汤治疗合并抑郁症的冠心病心绞痛,功效较单用西药治疗明显提高,可以减少抗抑郁西药的用量及降低其副作用发生率。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuxinjieyu Decoction treating coronary heart disease with depression. Methods： 90 cases of coronary heart disease with depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. Control group was given isosorbide mononitrate, aspirin,atorvastatin and deanxit. Treatment group on the basis of that treatment was added with Shuxinjieyu Decoction. Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD） evaluated the curative effect on a regular basis after 4 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of control group was 77.78% while that of treatment group was 91.11%. Differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0,05）. Conclusion： Western therapy combined Shuxinjieyu Decoction treating coronary heart disease with depression has better efficacy than single western medicine therapy which enjoys less side effects,lower recurrence rate,and less dosage of anti-depression medicine. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
