摘要
本文用动力显式积分有限元软件LS-DYNA对LDH(Limiting Dome Height)实验和某一轿车车门内板成形过程进行了三维模拟分析。LDH实验的模拟结果与实验数据进行了比较。在车门内板模拟分析中,运用FLD(Forming Limit Diagram)成形极限图判别模拟过程中可能拉裂现象,并研究分析了最终的板料厚度和厚向应变分布。
The 3-D simulation on the forming process of LDH(Limiting Dome Height)test and a car door inner panel is conducted with the dynamic explicit finite element analysis code LSDYNA3D. The analysis results of LDH test are compared with that of experiments. FLD(Forming Limit Diagram) is used for possible defect detection during the simulation of the car door inner panel, and the distribution of the final thickness and normal strain of sheet metal is studied.
