摘要
将有机小分子材料HATCN掺杂于酞菁铜(CuPc)中,制备出有机太阳能电池ITO/HATCN:CuPc/CuPc/C60/BCP/Al.在光强为100 mW/cm2的太阳能模拟器照射下,当HATCN的掺杂浓度为5%时,器件性能最好,开路电压(Voc)为0.48 V,短路电流密度(Jsc)为5.66 mA/cm2,填充因子(FF)为0.48,能量转化效率(PCE)为1.30%.与未掺杂的器件ITO/CuPc/C60/BCP/Al相比,PCE提高了59%,这主要归因于HATCN具有较好的载流子传输性能和非常低的LUMO能级.
In this paper,the organic solar cells with structure of ITO/HATCN: CuPc/CuPc/C60/BCP/Al were prepared with doping small molecule material HATCN into copper phthalocyanine(CuPc). The optimal performance was obtained when the concentration of HATCN was 5% under illumination of 100 mW/cm2. The open-circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(Jsc),fill factor(FF) and power conversion efficiency(PCE) were 0. 48 V,5. 66 mA/cm2,0. 48 and 1. 30%,respectively. The PCE enhanced 59% compared with undoped cells ITO/CuPc/C60/BCP/Al. High performance was mainly attributed to better carrier transport properties and lower LUMO level of HATCN.
