摘要
为了进行铝合金脉冲MIG焊实验,将NB-500晶闸管直流弧焊电源改造成脉冲电源,采用NE555时基集成电路,设计了频率、占空比、峰值和基值均可独立调节方波脉冲发生器。该方波脉冲发生器与NB-500焊机原有控制电路相结合,系统工作稳定,实现了铝合金脉冲MIG焊接。
The NB-500 Thyristor DC arc welding power supply was transformed into a pulsed welding power supply for ex-periments of aluminum alloy pulsed MIG weld. The square-wave pulse generator whose frequency,duty cycle,peak and base value could be adjusted independently was designed by using NE555 time-base integrated circuit. The generator is combined with original control circuit of NB-500 welding machine. The system works stable and can realize the pulsed MIG weld of alumi-num alloy.
