摘要
分析调压器出口压力瞬间升高对调压器稳定运行的影响,通过试验研究分析了抑制调压器出口压力瞬间升高的几项措施。在调压器出口管段上加装单向阀不能抑制调压器出口压力的瞬间升高,而在调压器出口管段上加装安全放散阀、延长用户端用气设备控制阀门的关闭时间,能有效抑制调压器出口压力的瞬间升高。
The influence of instant rise m regulator outlet pressure on stable operation of regulator is analyzed. Several measures to control the instant rise in regulator outlet pressure are analyzed by experimental research. Installing an one-way valve on the regulator outlet pipe can not control the instant rise in regulator outlet pressure, but installing a safety relief valve on the regulator outlet pipe and extending the closing time of control valve for client gas equipment can effectively control the instant rise in regulator outlet pressure.
