腹腔镜与开腹大肠癌根治术后胰岛素抵抗情况对比观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的对比观察腹腔镜与开腹大肠癌根治术术后早期胰岛素抵抗(IR)情况。方法选择行大肠癌根治术患者156例,其中行腹腔镜手术84例(腔镜组)、开腹手术72例(开腹组)。术前3 d及术后第1、3、5、7天检测患者空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,运用稳态模氏评估法计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果与术前比较,两组术后第1、3、5天,患者FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均升高(P均<0.05);与开腹组术后第1、3、5天比较比较,腔镜组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR均降低(P均<0.05)。结论腹腔镜与开腹大肠癌根治术术后早期均出现IR,但腹腔镜手术较开腹手术IR程度轻。
