摘要
目的 本文回顾了 8例绿色瘤并综合国内外文献进行讨论。方法 对 8例绿色瘤患者临床、实验室、诊断和治疗进行分析。结果 这种肿瘤多见于儿童 ,男性多于女性。主要首发症状为眼球突出 ,眶周围触及肿物呈绿色。 8例中 5例经血像、骨髓像检查确诊 ,3例经组织学病理诊断 ;其中 1例行手术治疗误诊为恶性淋巴瘤。结论 对于儿童期眼眶肿瘤要反复检查外周血像和骨髓像 ,对于无白血病发生的绿色瘤 ,也应早期进行抗白血病治疗。
Objective To study 8 cases of chloroma on the bases of domestic and foreign documents.Methods 8 cases of chloroma were analysed with their clinical practice,diagnosis and treatment.Results This kind of tumor is mostly found among children,males are more than females.The remarkable symptom are the extruding eyeball and the green tumor around the orbit.5 of 8 were diagnosed by blood and bone marrow,and the other 3 cases were diagnosed by pathology.One of cases was misdiagnosed as Lymphoma.Conclusions For the orbital tumor of children,blood marrow and bone marrow should be examined repeatedly,and for the chloroma without Leukemia,treatment should be taken as earlier as possible.
