摘要
对7日龄健康雏鸡免疫前24 h按照分组分别使用复方多肽核酸溶液和生理盐水,然后以新城疫克隆30弱毒苗点眼滴鼻,在免疫后7、14天心脏采血,采用HI法检测新城疫抗体水平。结果表明:应用复方多肽核酸溶液及新城疫克隆30弱毒苗后各试验组7天抗体水平明显升高,14日龄、21日龄抗体水平经t检验,试验组与对照组组间差异显著(P<0.05),试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。14日龄时各试验组外周血T细胞值与对照组差异显著(t>1.96,P<0.05)。21日龄时各试验组外周血T细胞值与对照组差异极显著(t>2.57,P<0.01)。研究结果显示复方多肽核酸溶液是一种很有前途的生物免疫增强剂。
The 7-day old healthy chicken were treated with compound polypeptide nucleic acid solution and normal saline respectively 24 hours before immunization.Then they were inoculated with attenuated vac-cine of Newcastle Disease Clone 30 through nostril and eye.After inoculation for 7 and 14 days,the heart blood samples were collected,the antibody levels were detected by hemagglutination inhibition test,and the T and B cell were counted byα-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE)method.The results showed that the anti-body levels of 14-and 21 -day old chicken in experimental group were obviously higher than those of con-trol.By t test,the differences between experimental group and control were significant (P〈0.05 ),while those between experimental groups were not significant (P〉0.05).The average peripheral blood T cell per-centage of A,B,C and D experimental groups of 14-day old chicken was significantly different from that of control(t〉1.96,P〈0.05),and that of 21 -day old chicken was highly significantly different from that of control(t〉2.57,P〈0.01).These results indicated that the compound polypeptide nucleic acid solution was a biological immune enhancer with good application prospect.
