应用聚合酶链反应对心血管疾病患者血清肺炎衣原体DNA的检测及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解肺炎衣原体 (TWAR)与心脏病的相关性 ,多方面探讨冠心病的发病因素。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)法 ,对冠心病 10 0例 ,高血压病 40例 ,心肌疾病 40例 ,心律失常 40例 ,正常对照 6 0例 ,血清 TWAR DNA进行检测。结果 不同组别间 TWAR阳性率的差别有高度显著性 (χ2 =30 .5 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,其中冠心病占 31.0 % ,心肌疾病占 32 .5 % ,高血压 7.5 % ,心律失常 12 .5 % ,正常对照 1.6 7% ,提示冠心病和心肌疾病 TWAR阳性率较高。结论 冠心病、心肌疾病 TWAR阳性检出率比高血压 ,无临床心脏病证据的心律失常和正常对照组高 ,提示 TWAR是引起冠心病和心肌疾病的原因之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between cla mydia pneumoniae and cardiovascular disease.Methods By using PCR,the authors detected the serum TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart diease,hepertension,cardiomyopathy,arrhythmia,and normal control.Results Significant difference was observed in positive rate of serum TWAR DNA among patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension,cardiomyopathy,arrhythmia and normal control(χ 2=30.52,P< 0.05) .The positive rates of TWAR in patients with coronary heart disease(31.0%),cardiomyopatyhy(32.5%),hepertension(7.5%),arrhythmia(12.5%),normal control(1.67%),Prompted the Positive rates of TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy were higher than those of patients with hypertension,arrhythmia and normal control.Conclusions The positive rates of serum TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiopathy were high compared to those with hypertension,arrhythmia and normal control.The results of this study suggested that cla mydia pneumoniae might be one of the causes of coronary heart disease and cardiopathy.
