摘要
企业技术创新是一个动态的复杂系统。从系统论角度分析了企业技术创新系统的自组织机制 ;开放和非平衡是其前提条件 ,随机涨落是其诱因 。
Enterprise technological innovation is a dynamic complex system. The authors analyzed the self organization mechanism of the system using the viewpoints of systems theory. It deems that:opening and nonequilibrium are its prerequisites, random fluctuation is its inducing cause and nonlinear interaction is its fundamental mechanism.\;
