摘要
本文以玉米淀粉为原料制得了能溶于水的高取代度高粘度的羧甲基淀粉钠，并研究了反应中影响取代度和粘度的主要因素，得出了最佳的工艺条件。
This papers present the method for preparing Carboxymethyl starch which utilizes corn starch. We can acquire crystalline carboxymethyl starch with a high degree of substitution and high viscosity by carboxymethylation. The factions and the optimum reaction conditions were established.
