摘要
地沟油因其危害性大,成分复杂,监管困难,目前没有统一的检测标准,本文综述了地沟油现有的检测方法,并分析各检测方法的优点及不足之处。
Drainage oil because of its harmfulness, complex composition, regulatory difficulties, there is no uniform testing standard, this paper summarizes the existing drainage oil detection method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each detection method.
