摘要
本文根据逐步逼近的数学原理,对钴、镍的标准吸收曲线进行线性组合,形成一系列代表各组分不同含量的组合曲线,根据其中最为逼近样品吸收曲线的组合曲线的组合系数,计算钴、镍混合体系中各组分的含量,实验证明,该方法具有准确度高、抗相互干扰能力强的特点,适应于钴、镍混合体系的分光光度法同时测定。
A series of different curve were formed with combining standard absorption spectra of Cobalt and Nickel based on mathematical principle, according to combining coefficient of optimum approaching curve for absorption spectra of sample, content of each component can be counted with computer, the tests showed that the method has property with high accuracy as well as eliminating interference and it is suited for spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of mixed system of Cobalt and Nickel.
