摘要
知识经济的发展科技竞争日益加强 ,当通过竞争获得课题立项后 ,对课题的实施过程管理切不可放任自流。本文从建立健全相应的管理制度、分级控制、加强信息反馈、协调和经费管理、结题验收六个方面提出对课题实施过程管理的思考 ,旨在通过切实有效的管理保证课题按计划保质保量完成 ,实现低投入高产出。通过科研对教学、医疗的辐射转化作用提高医院的综合实力。
Knowledge economy urgent the competition for the sciences and technology.Once achieved projects by the competition,we should implement the process management for them.This article approached the subject from the following 6 aspects:establishing and consummating management system;classing the management control;enhancing information feedback;enhancing fund management;checking task.Effective management may ensure that the research subjects shall be done in the right way and accelerating education and medical treatment so as to heighten hospitals comprehensive strengh.
