摘要
目的 :为了解我省预防接种安全注射现状。方法 :采取分层多阶段随机抽样原则对我省 195个基层接种单位进行调查。结果 :多数接种单位注射器材严重不足 ,近半数消毒技术不合格 ,5 3.3%的基层工作人员对安全注射知识的认识较低 ,47.7%的单位未实行“一人一针一管”,仅有 2 1%的接种单位为安全注射基本合格单位 ,使近 80 %儿童预防接种处于不安全注射危险中。结论 :今后要加强培训、督导检查、推广集中式接种和使用一次性注射器等措施改进目前的状况。
Objective:In order to find out the current status of the safety injection in immunization service in Sichuan province.Methods:An investigation was carried out in 195 township health centers and village clinics.Results:Injection equipment were in severe shortage in many health centers and clinics.About 50% of the sterilize technical were not qualified.53 3% of the health workers lacked knowledge concerning with safety injection.47 7% of the health centers and clinics were not carried out 1 syrige 1 needle 1 child policy.Only 21% health centers and clinics were regarded as qualified which result in 80% of the vaccination under the danger of unsafety.Conclusion:We should take the following measures to change the current status that are to give the health workers more education and training,to strengthen the administrative monitors,to set up vaccination clinics in township level and to encourage to use plastic disposable syringes.
