摘要
目的 :找出医院营养工作的症结 ,提高营养膳食就餐率。方法 :对我院 1998年 3月入院的 2 30名住院病人 ,采用横断面调查法进行了病员就餐情况调查。结果 :病人的收入、医疗费支付方式、文化程度、居住地域、住院天数与就餐相关。结论 :应加强营养知识宣传工作 ,提高病人营养意识 ,认识到营养室膳食安排对疾病的辅助治疗作用 ;还应不断完善膳食管理 ,提高膳食服务质量。
To find the problem of hospital nutrition works and improve the dining rate of inpatient in nutrition center cross sectional study about 230 inpatients hospitalized in March 1998 was made.The results showed the dining rate in nutrition center was related to such factors as income,methods of paying medical expenses,education grade,habitation zone,and days of hospitalization of inpatient.We should enhance propaganda of nutrition knowledge and let inpatient know assistance effects of dietotherapy arranged by dietitian.We also should perfect meal management and improve serving quality continuously.
