摘要
目的 :了解医学检验专业学生乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染状况及接种酵母重组基因工程乙肝疫苗 (乙肝疫苗 )的免疫效果。方法 :对 115名医学检验专业学生进行乙肝血清标志物 (HBVM)检测 ,对 2 7名易感者接种乙肝疫苗并追踪免疫效果。结果 :对 HBV有免疫力的有 6 3人 (5 4.78% ) ,感染 19人 (16 .5 2 % ) ;易感者 33人 (2 8.70 % )。对 2 7名易感者全程接种乙肝疫苗后 ,发现乙肝表面抗体 (抗 - HBs)阳转率为 88.89% (2 4/ 2 7) ,2年后抗 - HBs阳性维持率 91.6 7%(2 2 / 2 7)。结论 :医学检验专业学生有乙肝病毒易感者 ,接种乙肝疫苗具有较好的免疫学效果。
Objective:To reveal the infection status of HBV and immunogenicity of HB vaccine among medical laboratory students of our college.Methods:115 cases of stdents HBV serum marks were mornitored by ELISA method,27 HBV susceptible students were inoculated by HB vaccine,and immunogenicity of HB vaccine was evaluated by mornitoring anti HBs for 3 months and 2 years after inoculation.Rusults:63 cases(54 78%) have positive anti HBs only,19 cases(16 52%) were infected with HBV and 33(28 70%) were susceptible.27 to 33 susceptible students were inoculated by HB vaccine,24(88 89%) of them have positive anti HBs three months later after inoculation,and 22(91 67%) still have positive anti HBs two years later.Conclusion:It shows that there are some HBV susceptible students in our college and the immunogenicity of HB vaccine is good for them.
