摘要
用滤纸片法比较了八角、肉桂、丁香、乌梅、肉豆蔻、霍香等中药材提取液的抑菌性能 ,用平板稀释法进行了各提取液的最低抑菌浓度测定等试验。结果表明 :丁香、乌梅对细菌、酵母菌和青霉有较强的抑制作用 ,它们活性p H范围较宽 ,与糖具有协同作用 。
The bactericidal characters of anise,Chinese cinnamon,lilac,dark plum,semen myristieae and wrinkled giant hyssop were compared by the filter paper method,and the MIC of their extract were tested by culture plate dilute method.The results show that the anti mold effect of anise and Chinese cinnamon are best,dark plum have effective bactericidal to bacteria,yeast and have a coordinate bactericidal effect with sugar,so can be used as a preservative of many preparation.
